“I understood there is a much broader and more nuanced definition of family violence under the FLA than I understood before."
— Lawyer“It was a good review of the FLA and as counsel how we can best assist our client's with determining what is family violence. The course gave great examples of different types of family violence individuals experience.
— Lawyer“Please see attached an interim SC chambers decision which I believe will help many of Rise’s clients. In part, my arguments were based on research and legal principles from the [webinar series] done by Rise in 2023, so I thank you very kindly and I hope this is a little tug at unravelling the fabric of patriarchy.”
